John’s Sales & Service – Welding Equipment & Gas Supplies

John’s Sales & Service was founded in 1964 by John L. Lewis Jr. and wife Odessa Lewis as a provider of supplies to many full service gas stations and auto shops of the time. Our first “Warehouse” was a one car garage and our first “Store” was a 1957 Chevy Station Wagon.

Over the years, with the disappearance of full service gas stations, John’s Sales & Service gradually changed to become a service oriented supplier of both industrial and Welding supplies and equipment. In 2010 we decided to transition away from the industrial side and focus on the Welding and Fabrication industry. We now represent many of the top manufacturers in the Welding Supply Industry. Names like, Lincoln Electric, ESAB, Hobart Brothers, Norton and Pferd Abrasives, Tweco, Mathey Dearman.

Now in our 3rd Generation as a Family Owned and operated business we continue to grow and gain recognition as a customer oriented, full service supplier to the Welding, Fabricating and Industrial Gas market in West Texas and beyond.

With 55 years of experience behind us and a bright future ahead of us we are still committed to continuing the tradition started by John Lewis in 1964: “Serving you Better – Saving you More.”
